Industrial Sourcing & Export Capabilities
H&H Exports coordinates U.S. industrial parts sourcing, multi-brand RFQs, order consolidation, commercial documentation, packing, and worldwide freight — through one U.S.-based team.
One U.S. partner for complex industrial requirements
H&H Exports acts as a U.S.-based sourcing and export partner for international distributors, OEM manufacturers, EPC contractors, maintenance and reliability teams, and industrial procurement organizations. Instead of contacting many U.S. suppliers directly, buyers send a single RFQ — often spanning several manufacturers and product categories — and our team investigates U.S. sourcing channels, prepares a commercial quotation, and coordinates the resulting order through consolidation, documentation, and international shipment.
We do not maintain a general online catalog and do not claim to stock every product displayed on the website. Availability, pricing, lead time, and export eligibility are confirmed on a per-request basis through established U.S. manufacturers and distribution channels.

Learn moreMulti-Manufacturer Sourcing Through One Commercial Relationship
International buyers regularly submit requirements that span several manufacturers and product categories on a single RFQ. H&H investigates each line through the U.S. sourcing channels most appropriate to that manufacturer and part number, and returns one commercial quotation covering the accepted items.
On acceptance, the customer places a single purchase order with H&H Exports Company, Inc. — not with each underlying U.S. supplier. H&H manages the domestic supplier communication associated with the accepted order. When commercially and legally practical, eligible products can be coordinated through a designated U.S. receiving or consolidation location; H&H coordinates packing and export-shipment preparation, prepares the available commercial and export documentation, and coordinates international freight with the buyer's forwarder or an arranged carrier.
Consolidation and single-PO structure depend on product, timing, destination, export eligibility, and manufacturer restrictions, and are confirmed per requirement. See International Procurement for a fuller explanation of how the model applies to overseas buyers.
Information that supports an accurate response
The completeness of an RFQ has a direct effect on how quickly we can respond. A well-prepared request usually includes:
- Manufacturer name for each line item
- Exact manufacturer part number or model
- Product description or application, when available
- Quantity required per line item
- Destination country and delivery city
- Required delivery date or acceptable lead time
- Any technical specifications relevant to substitution
- Requested certificates or export documentation
- Photos, drawings, or datasheets for obsolete items
- Preferred currency and commercial terms (Incoterms)
What we can and cannot guarantee
- Investigation of manufacturer and part-number requirements through U.S. channels
- Multi-brand and multi-line quotations under one point of contact
- Consolidation of eligible orders and preparation of export shipments
- Commercial documentation coordination and communication with the buyer's forwarder
- Guaranteed availability, price, or lead time on any product
- Authorized distributor or exclusive representative status for every listed brand
- Ability to export every product to every destination — subject to eligibility and destination requirements
- Engineering, testing, or certification of third-party products
- Final decisions on customs classification or import compliance in the destination country

Beyond Traditional Industrial Sourcing
While industrial sourcing remains central to H&H’s history, the company’s capability is not limited to bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, or conventional MRO. H&H also receives qualified requirements involving biomedical and laboratory equipment, medical-equipment parts, agricultural machinery, automation, mining, energy, pumps, instrumentation, technical equipment, and specialized OEM products.
H&H’s sourcing model is manufacturer- and requirement-driven. International buyers can provide the manufacturer, part number, description, quantity, and destination, and H&H can investigate appropriate U.S. sourcing channels and prepare a quotation when the requirement is commercially and legally supportable.
H&H does not guarantee availability across every category, does not hold inventory in every category, does not provide engineering approval, and does not independently certify products. Every requirement is reviewed on a per-request basis.
