Hydraulics & Fluid Power Sourcing
Hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, manifolds, accumulators, filtration, hose, tubing, and fittings sourced against exact manufacturer part numbers through U.S. channels for international buyers.
How hydraulics & fluid power requirements are handled
Hydraulic requirements are configuration-driven. Two components can look identical and share most of a part number while differing in displacement, port thread, shaft end, seal compound, or solenoid voltage. For an international buyer, an incorrect variant is not a small error: it is a return shipment across a border.
H&H handles the U.S. sourcing coordination for hydraulic and fluid-power lines: confirming the part number you supply against established channels, following up on lead time and revisions, and preparing consolidated export documentation for the complete requirement.
Hose, tubing, and fitting requirements are often quoted alongside the components they serve. Where assemblies are required, specify length, end configurations, and orientation — those details cannot be inferred from a hose part number alone.
Major product groups
Power and actuation
- Gear, vane, and piston hydraulic pumps
- Hydraulic motors
- Tie-rod, welded, and telescopic cylinders
- Cylinder repair components and seal kits
- Hydraulic power-unit components and reservoirs
Control and conditioning
- Directional control valves and solenoid valves
- Pressure, flow, and proportional valves
- Manifolds and cartridge valves
- Accumulators and charging components
- Filters, filter housings, and elements
- Heat exchangers and fluid-control accessories
Conveyance and connection
- Hydraulic hose and hose assemblies
- Tubing and tube fittings
- Adapters and port fittings (NPT, JIC, ORFS, BSPP, metric)
- Quick-disconnect couplings
- Clamps, guards, and routing hardware
These groups are a starting point, not a limit. Sourcing is driven by the manufacturer and part number you supply, so requirements outside this list are welcome.
What each line item should include
Every quotation is built from the information you supply. Exact part numbers, suffixes, configurations, specifications, quantities, end use, and destination can all affect what can be sourced and whether it is eligible for export.
Submit your exact part numbers for review — H&H does not select, substitute, or approve components on the buyer's behalf.
- Manufacturer and complete part or model code including configuration digits
- Operating pressure and required flow or displacement
- Port type, size, and thread standard
- Solenoid voltage and coil connector type where applicable
- Seal material and the operating media (mineral oil, water-glycol, phosphate ester, other)
- Shaft end, mounting flange, and rotation for pumps and motors
- Bore, stroke, rod diameter, and mounting style for cylinders
- Hose length, end fittings, and orientation for assemblies
- Quantity, destination country, and required delivery window
What most often delays hydraulics & fluid power quotations
Most quoting delays on this category are information problems rather than sourcing problems. Addressing the points alongside in your first message usually removes a full round trip.
- Model code truncated so the configuration cannot be reproduced
- Solenoid voltage omitted on valve requests
- Port thread standard assumed rather than stated (NPT versus BSPP is a frequent issue)
- Seal compound not specified for a non-standard operating medium
- Cylinder requested by bore and stroke only, without mounting or rod-end detail
- Hose assemblies requested without end configuration or overall length

Dedicated sourcing pages relevant to this category
Brand names are used only to identify the items buyers describe. Sourcing channels are confirmed per requirement, and H&H does not disclose upstream suppliers.
Multi-manufacturer requirements on one quotation
International buyers rarely need only one brand. A single RFQ can combine several manufacturers in this category with lines from other categories, coordinated by one U.S.-based team. See Multi-Vendor Consolidation for how eligibility is determined.
- One multi-line RFQ can span several manufacturers within and beyond this category.
- Eligible lines are combined into a single commercial quotation and, where practical, one export-ready shipment.
- One U.S. point of contact for revisions, lead-time follow-up, and documentation questions.
- Consolidation eligibility depends on readiness dates, packing requirements, and destination.
Documentation and origin considerations
- Commercial invoice and packing list prepared from the part numbers and quantities you confirm.
- Country of origin is reported only as documented by the supplying source — H&H does not assign or certify origin.
- Export eligibility can depend on the exact part number, configuration, end use, end user, and destination country.
- Destination-country import duties, standards, and clearance requirements remain the buyer's responsibility.
How a requirement moves through H&H
Submit manufacturer, part number, quantity, and destination on the RFQ form. The category is carried through with your request.
Our U.S. team investigates each line through established channels and returns clarifying questions where needed.
Eligible lines are presented on one quotation with the commercial terms applicable to your destination.
On order, compatible items are consolidated and documentation is prepared for shipment.
