U.S. Industrial Parts Sourcing for International Buyers

H&H investigates manufacturer and part-number requirements through established U.S. manufacturers and distribution channels — so international buyers don't have to contact many U.S. suppliers separately.

Overview

What industrial sourcing means at H&H

Industrial sourcing is the process of identifying the correct product, at the correct manufacturer, from a supplier who can actually deliver on the required timeline. For an international buyer working across time zones and several U.S. distribution channels, that process is often the most time-consuming part of a purchase.

H&H shortens that path. We accept a single RFQ — often multi-line and multi-brand — investigate the appropriate U.S. sourcing channels, and prepare a commercial quotation covering price, estimated lead time, origin information when available, and export coordination. Availability is confirmed on a per-request basis; we do not maintain a general online catalog.

Who this service helps
International distributors, OEM and manufacturing facilities, EPC and project contractors, maintenance and reliability teams, procurement departments, industrial resellers, and buyers in marine, railway, energy, mining, cement, petrochemical, and general industry.
Request types

Sourcing scenarios we handle

Manufacturer & part-number searches

Investigation of specific manufacturer and part-number combinations across appropriate U.S. channels.

Multi-brand requirements

One RFQ can cover many manufacturers across several product families, quoted from a single point of contact.

Hard-to-source inquiries

Specialized components where a buyer needs U.S. distribution reach and someone to follow up until a source is identified.

Obsolete & discontinued

Investigation of superseded or discontinued items. Finding an obsolete component is not guaranteed, and substitutions require customer approval.

Sourcing limitations & availability

Availability is confirmed per RFQ
H&H is a sourcing partner, not a general stocking distributor. Availability, pricing, and lead time are confirmed through U.S. suppliers for each request.
No exclusive or authorized claims
H&H does not claim authorized distributor or exclusive representative status for every brand referenced on the website. Availability varies by product, brand, and requirement.
Substitutions require customer approval
When a requested item is unavailable or discontinued, an alternative may be proposed and always confirmed with the customer before any order is placed.
Export eligibility varies
Certain products, brands, or destinations may be subject to export requirements. Eligibility is confirmed on a per-order basis.
FAQ

Sourcing questions

Can H&H quote multiple manufacturers on one RFQ?
Yes. Multi-brand and multi-line RFQs are one of our most common request types.
Do I need to contact each U.S. supplier separately?
No — that is the reason customers use H&H. We handle communication with U.S. manufacturers and distributors on your behalf.
Can H&H help with obsolete parts?
Our team can investigate obsolete or superseded part numbers through U.S. channels. Success is not guaranteed and depends on what remains available in the supply chain.
How do I submit a long parts list?
You can paste line items directly into the RFQ form or attach a spreadsheet, PDF, image, or specification.
