What to include in your RFQ
The more complete the initial request, the faster our team can identify the right U.S. sourcing channels and prepare a commercial quotation. For each line item, please include:
- Manufacturer
- Exact part number
- Product description
- Quantity
- Destination country
- Required delivery date
- Technical specifications
- Requested certificates
- Photos, drawings, or datasheets when relevant
