Export Documentation & International Order Coordination
Coordinated commercial documentation for international shipments of U.S. industrial parts — commercial invoices, packing lists, origin information, and requested certificates prepared alongside your order.
Documentation is prepared with the order, not after it
Every international industrial shipment requires a set of commercial documents that describe what is being exported, where it originated, and how it is packaged. H&H coordinates that documentation with U.S. suppliers as the order is being fulfilled, so the freight forwarder and destination customs broker receive a consistent set of records.
Documentation depth depends on what U.S. suppliers can provide for each product, and on destination-country requirements. Some certificates carry a supplier or third-party fee that is quoted with the order.
What we regularly coordinate
- Commercial invoice with line-level detail
- Packing list with weights and dimensions
- Product descriptions matched to the supplier documentation
- Country-of-origin information when supplied by the manufacturer
- HS / HTS references based on available supplier documentation
- Shipping weights and dimensions per package
- Certificates of Origin, Conformance, or mill certs when requested and available
- Freight-forwarder handover documentation
What affects documentation timing and cost
