Linear Motion Components
Manufacturer-specified linear guides, profile rails, ball screws, linear bearings, and positioning components — sourced through U.S. channels and coordinated for export by H&H Exports.
What we source
Common linear motion component types
Linear motion components are highly specification-driven. H&H handles the U.S.-side sourcing coordination: identifying the correct manufacturer part number, confirming availability through established distribution channels, and consolidating multi-brand requirements onto one commercial quotation.
- Profile linear guides and rails
- Recirculating ball bearings and blocks
- Ball screws and lead screws
- Linear bushings and shafting
- Cross-roller and crossed-roller guides
- Linear actuators and slides
- Positioning stages and modules
- Rotary positioning components
- Manufacturer-branded replacement carriages and blocks
- Obsolete or superseded linear-motion parts
How H&H handles linear motion RFQs
Specification-first sourcing
What we coordinate
- Confirming manufacturer part number and rail-length specification
- Coordinating multi-brand RFQs on one commercial quotation
- Consolidated export packing suitable for long-length components
- Investigation of obsolete or superseded linear-motion parts
What we don't do
- Engineer motion systems or size components for load
- Certify precision, preload, or accuracy classes
- Manufacture linear-motion components
- Represent every brand as an authorized distributor
RFQ preparation
What to include
- Manufacturer and exact part number
- Rail length, preload, accuracy class, or precision grade if specified
- Quantity per line
- Destination country and delivery city
- Required lead time or project window
- Notes on acceptable equivalents if original is obsolete
Specification responsibility
Preload, accuracy class, precision grade, load rating, and application suitability must be confirmed against the manufacturer's specification and the buyer's engineering requirement. H&H does not perform engineering sizing or approval.
FAQs
Common questions
Do you cut rails to length?
Cutting and length preparation depend on the manufacturer's capability. Include your required length in the RFQ and H&H will investigate available options through U.S. channels.
Can you source discontinued linear-motion parts?
Often yes. Send manufacturer, part number, and photographs — obsolete inquiries are a common request pattern.
Do you size linear systems?
No. Sizing and engineering are the responsibility of the buyer or a qualified engineering authority.
Sourcing linear motion components?
Include manufacturer, part number, quantity, and destination. Our U.S.-based team will review and follow up with sourcing options.
