INA / Schaeffler Bearings and Linear Products — U.S. Export Sourcing

INA designations are widely used across needle roller, cam follower, and linear guidance products, and are associated with Schaeffler. Submit the part number exactly as marked, with quantity and destination country, for review by H&H Exports.

Overview

INA / Schaeffler products and how H&H sources them

INA is a bearing and motion brand associated with Schaeffler. Buyers see both names in circulation — machine documentation and older parts lists tend to say INA, while more recent commercial paperwork may reference Schaeffler. H&H accepts requirements under either name and preserves the wording you supply.

The INA range is dense with short designations that look similar but describe very different products: a drawn-cup needle bearing, a caged needle assembly, a stud-type track roller, and a linear recirculating unit can all be identified by codes of comparable length. Reading a designation correctly is therefore the first practical step in sourcing one.

Linear guidance requirements add a second variable that bearings do not have: rail length and drilling pattern. A carriage code alone does not define the assembly, and quoting it as though it did would misrepresent what a buyer receives.

H&H does not assert that every INA-marked item has a current interchangeable Schaeffler equivalent. Where a designation is legacy, we say so and ask for the dimensional detail needed to progress the enquiry.

Independent sourcing, not authorized distribution
H&H Exports is an independent U.S. export sourcing and procurement company. We do not claim authorized distributor status for INA / Schaeffler, and all brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Items may be available through established U.S. sourcing channels, confirmed per requirement.
Product types

INA / Schaeffler product types H&H may be able to source

The groups below describe the kinds of INA / Schaeffler items international buyers most often ask H&H to review. They are not an inventory listing — availability, lead time, country of origin, export eligibility, documentation, commercial terms, and specifications are confirmed against your exact part number, quantity, and destination.

Needle roller and rolling bearings

  • Drawn-cup needle roller bearings, open and closed end
  • Needle roller and cage assemblies with inner rings
  • Combined needle roller and thrust bearings
  • Axial needle roller bearings and thrust washers
  • Radial insert and yoke bearings, where applicable

Cam followers and track rollers

  • Stud-type track rollers
  • Yoke-type track rollers
  • Sealed and lubricated follower variants
  • Eccentric mounting studs and follower hardware

Linear and specialty motion

  • Linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies
  • Linear ball bushings and shaft guidance components
  • Track roller guidance systems and rails
  • One-way clutches and freewheel elements, where applicable
Part identification

Sourcing against your exact INA / Schaeffler part number

Every quotation is built from the part number you supply. H&H does not select, substitute, or approve components on the buyer's behalf — submit your exact part number for review and we will confirm what can be sourced.

Where information is missing, we will come back with a specific question rather than quote an assumption. Photographs, nameplate images, and datasheets all help.

  • Send the designation exactly as marked, with all suffix characters — sealing, cage material, and lubrication detail are carried in the suffix.
  • State whether the requirement is branded INA or Schaeffler, or open to either; H&H keeps your original wording on the enquiry.
  • For needle bearings, confirm whether an inner ring is required, and give bore, outside diameter, and width.
  • For track rollers, confirm stud diameter, thread length, roller outside diameter, and whether the mounting stud is concentric or eccentric.
  • For linear guidance, supply the rail designation, the required rail length, the drilling pattern, the carriage type, and the number of carriages per rail.
  • H&H does not confirm that a legacy INA number is interchangeable with a current equivalent; interchangeability is the buyer's engineering decision.

International procurement

Exporting INA / Schaeffler requirements from the United States

H&H works with buyers outside the United States who need U.S.-sourced parts delivered to their own facility, customer, or project site. Read more about the broader process on international procurement, our capabilities, and global shipping and export destinations.

  • Country of origin varies by item within this brand family and is confirmed per part number at the time of sourcing.
  • Linear rails may be long and require dedicated crating; length and packing needs are addressed in the quotation.
  • Destination country is required at enquiry stage because packing, documentation, and routing all depend on it.
  • Export eligibility and available certification are confirmed against the specific items sourced.
Consolidation

Combining INA / Schaeffler lines with other manufacturers

Most requirements H&H receives are not single-brand. Combining lines into one enquiry means one quotation, one purchase order, and — where eligible — one consolidated shipment. See multi-vendor consolidation and export documentation coordination.

  • Linear guidance, needle bearings, and cam followers on one machine rebuild can be quoted together on a single RFQ.
  • Items are consolidated at a designated U.S. receiving location and shipped as one consignment where eligible.
  • One quotation, one purchase order, and one document set replace several parallel U.S. supplier relationships.
FAQs

INA / Schaeffler sourcing questions

Should I submit my requirement as INA or Schaeffler?
Either name is fine. INA is associated with Schaeffler, and H&H retains your original manufacturer wording and part number throughout the enquiry.
Does every INA part number have a current Schaeffler equivalent?
No, and H&H does not claim otherwise. Some designations are legacy. Send the number with dimensional detail so the requirement can be reviewed properly.
What is needed to quote a linear guideway?
The rail and carriage designations, rail length, drilling pattern, and quantity of carriages per rail. A carriage code on its own does not define the assembly.
