Rexnord Chain, Couplings & Conveying Components — U.S. Export Sourcing

Rexnord requirements often mix current products with legacy markings from equipment installed decades ago. Send the exact brand marking, part number, dimensions, and photographs where the item is old, and H&H will review what can be sourced through established U.S. sourcing channels.

Overview

Rexnord products and how H&H sources them

Rexnord products appear across conveying, processing, and heavy drive equipment, and much of the installed base is old. Corporate structure has changed over time, including the emergence of Regal Rexnord, and product names have moved with it — so a marking cast into a component decades ago does not establish who produces an equivalent item today.

H&H handles that carefully. A legacy Rexnord marking is treated as a description of the item you need, not as a guarantee that the same designation remains available under the same corporate identity. Whether an item is current, superseded, or no longer produced is confirmed per requirement rather than stated in advance.

For chain and conveying components in particular, dimensional detail is what makes a legacy line quotable. Pitch, roller diameter, attachment style, and strand count often identify a requirement more reliably than a worn part number.

Independent sourcing, not authorized distribution
H&H Exports is an independent U.S. export sourcing and procurement company. We do not claim authorized distributor status for Rexnord, and all brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Items may be available through established U.S. sourcing channels, confirmed per requirement.
Product types

Rexnord product types H&H may be able to source

The groups below describe the kinds of Rexnord items international buyers most often ask H&H to review. They are not an inventory listing — availability, lead time, country of origin, export eligibility, documentation, commercial terms, and specifications are confirmed against your exact part number, quantity, and destination.

Chain

  • Roller chain in standard and heavy series
  • Conveyor chain and attachment chain
  • Engineered-class chain for heavy conveying duty
  • Chain attachments, connecting links, and offset links

Couplings and drive components

  • Elastomeric and grid couplings
  • Gear couplings, sleeves, and coupling covers
  • Coupling hardware and replacement elements

Bearings and mounted units, where applicable

  • Mounted bearing units and housings
  • Bearing inserts and replacement components

Conveying and material-handling components

  • Conveyor sprockets and idlers
  • Belt and modular conveying components
  • Wear strip, guides, and conveying hardware
  • Legacy Rexnord-branded replacement requirements
Part identification

Sourcing against your exact Rexnord part number

Every quotation is built from the part number you supply. H&H does not select, substitute, or approve components on the buyer's behalf — submit your exact part number for review and we will confirm what can be sourced.

Where information is missing, we will come back with a specific question rather than quote an assumption. Photographs, nameplate images, and datasheets all help.

  • Send the exact brand marking as it appears on the part, including any legacy name cast or stamped into the component.
  • Give the part number and, where you know it, the product family or series.
  • For chain, state pitch, roller diameter, inside width, strand count, attachment type and spacing, and the overall length or number of pitches required.
  • For couplings, state the size, bore, keyway, and element type.
  • Provide the equipment make, model, and application — conveying duty often identifies a legacy chain faster than the marking does.
  • Attach photographs of the marking and the installed component for any legacy item; worn markings are routine on this brand.
Common complications

What most often delays Rexnord quotations

Most quoting delays are information problems rather than sourcing problems. The points below are the ones H&H most often has to go back to buyers about on Rexnord requirements — addressing them in your first message usually removes a full round trip.

  • Legacy markings assumed to be current designations, when corporate and product-name history means that cannot be taken for granted.
  • Chain requested by length in metres with no pitch or strand count, which does not identify the chain.
  • Attachment chain requested without attachment style or spacing.
  • Photographs omitted on worn or cast markings, where an image is often the only way to progress the line.
  • Requests to confirm that a current item is interchangeable with an installed legacy unit — that determination stays with the buyer's engineering authority.

International procurement

Exporting Rexnord requirements from the United States

H&H works with buyers outside the United States who need U.S.-sourced parts delivered to their own facility, customer, or project site. Read more about the broader process on international procurement, our capabilities, and global shipping and export destinations.

  • Whether a legacy item remains available under a current corporate identity is confirmed per requirement; H&H does not assume continuity from the marking.
  • Chain and conveying components can be heavy and long, and packing method affects both freight cost and handling at destination.
  • Country of origin and available certification are confirmed for the goods actually supplied.
  • Destination country is required at enquiry stage because packing, documentation, and routing all follow from it.
Consolidation

Combining Rexnord lines with other manufacturers

Most requirements H&H receives are not single-brand. Combining lines into one enquiry means one quotation, one purchase order, and — where eligible — one consolidated shipment. See multi-vendor consolidation and export documentation coordination.

  • Chain, sprockets, couplings, and bearings for one conveyor rebuild can be reviewed as a single requirement.
  • Rexnord lines are frequently quoted alongside other power-transmission brands on the same RFQ.
  • Heavy conveying spares consolidate well into one ocean consignment where eligible, with one document set.
FAQs

Rexnord sourcing questions

Is every legacy Rexnord part still available?
No, and H&H does not claim otherwise. Corporate identity and product naming have changed over time. Each legacy line is reviewed individually and the response states what can be sourced.
Should I submit my requirement as Rexnord or Regal Rexnord?
Send it exactly as marked on the part. H&H keeps your original wording on the enquiry and reviews the requirement on its dimensional and application detail.
Can chain be supplied cut to a specific length?
Length requirements are reviewed per requirement. State the number of pitches or overall length and whether connecting links are required.
