How electrical, motors & drives requirements are handled
Electrical and rotating-equipment requests hinge on nameplate data. Horsepower or kilowatt rating, voltage, frequency, phase, frame, enclosure, and speed together define a motor far more reliably than a model number alone, particularly for equipment that has been rewound or replaced in service.
Frequency and voltage are also the most common source of mismatch on U.S.-sourced electrical goods. A 60 Hz, 460 V motor may not be appropriate for a 50 Hz, 400 V installation, and the buyer's electrical authority — not H&H — determines what the destination site requires.

Every quotation is built from the information you supply. Exact part numbers, suffixes, configurations, specifications, quantities, end use, and destination can all affect what can be sourced and whether it is eligible for export.
